1. Application of the General Sales Conditions
The General Sales Conditions described below (defined as "General Terms") govern the contractual relations between the users of the bibelotjewels.it site and the company BIBELOT srl, located in via Marconi, 30 - 50131 - FIRENZE - ITALY And having P. 2. Prices and discounts
The products sold by BIBELOT are to the international market and are indicated in Euro VAT included at the price in force at the time of the "creation" of the order, delivery costs not included. BIBELOT reserves the right to change its prices at any time, respecting the terms and conditions of the General Terms and Conditions. Prices are quoted in Euros.
BIBELOT periodically and at its full discretion issues discount coupons through its communicative channels. These discount coupons, if they are in the customer's possession at the time of purchase, can be included in the "carriage" section to take advantage of the discount.
Always at its full description, respecting the terms and conditions of the General Terms and Conditions, BIBELOT may not apply the discount vouchers for certain products purchased by the customer.
3. Payment Terms
Except for specific written agreements between Customer and BIBELOT, the applicable payment terms are as follows:
A) Payment of order by credit card;
B) Payment of the order by bank transfer;
C) Payment of the order through PayPal account;
BIBELOT reserves, at its sole discretion, the right not to proceed with the shipment of the goods, even after accepting the order, to those customers who are "out of credit" or "unpaid" or "disputed".
Payroll management fees for PayPal are charged by BIBELOT.
4. Availability of products
The products on the site are placed within the quantities available in stock and therefore usually in ready delivery. Stock availability may be affected by the supply of raw material to make jewelery. 5. Shipping - Delivery - Delivery Costs

The delivery time, which is purely indicative, may be subject to variations due to force majeure or due to traffic and road conditions in general or by the Authority. Delivery, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, will take place on board trucks and at office hours: from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm; From 2 pm to 6 pm, daily, non-public, Monday to Friday.
At the time of delivery of the order, the Customer must check the good condition of the packages and issue any reservations in accordance with the law. The "on-reserve" and / or "verifying" terms are of no legal value to couriers and / or insurers.

7. Shipment of a product to BIBELOT
A product may be returned by Customer to BIBELOT only after prior written agreement by the Customer. The costs of product reshipment are borne by the Customer.
The products returned to BIBELOT must be in perfect condition, carefully packaged in the original package, accompanied by all accessories (such as, for example, labels, etc.) without any modification of their reference number and / or series; Labels, stamps and marks must be intact to allow further marketing of such products. The products must be returned at their own expense, at BIBELOT srl - via Marconi, 30 - 50131 - FIRENZE - ITALY. The products must be accompanied by the return voucher and must be sent with a registered return receipt, whether it is a refund request or a resale to the Post Sales Service. In the event that the Customer sends back products without BIBELOT's agreement or in a way that does not conform to the above, they will be returned to the Customer at his own expense.
8. Guarantees and Sales Service
Products marketed by BIBELOT benefit from the "manufacturer's warranty".
In case of failure or defect, materials must be sent directly to BIBELOT.
Whatever the problem of the product, you must return it with a copy of the invoice, the guarantee voucher (attached in the box) and the return voucher.
Costs for reselling the product (s) are the responsibility of the customer.

The warranties of the products sold by BIBELOT do not cover:

- failures (and subsequent consequences) due to improper use of the product,

Warning: The warranty does not apply to damage repairs caused by a cause outside the product (eg, accidents, bumps, lightning strikes, voltage surges, etc.) or a customer error (such as, for example, Of a detergent that does not conform to the manufacturer's specifications, use of the product which is harmful to the product).
In case repairs are not covered by the warranty, BIBELOT will set a price for them.
In case of agreement, the customer will have to make a bank transfer, equal to the total amount of the quote, to the BIBELOT order.
9. Protection of trademarks
Trademarks distributed by BIBELOT are protected by applicable laws and international conventions.
Neither Customers nor third parties may use the logos of the aforementioned trademarks without prior agreement written by BIBELOT; Acceptance of the General Terms does not in any case imply such an agreement.
10. Limits of Liability
BIBELOT shall in no way be held liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, as the cause thereof.
Customer will never be entitled to a discount on total invoice costs for incomplete delivery or defective products.
11. Property of the products
BIBELOT reserves the absolute property of the products delivered until the full payment of the products themselves and any accessories. All products owned by the Customer are considered to be owned by BIBELOT, unless proof of their full payment is made.
It does not constitute payment under this provision for the delivery of a bill or other securities that imply a payment obligation by the Customer.
Although the ownership of the products remains the property of BIBELOT until the full payment of the same and any accessories, the Customer is solely responsible for the products delivered to him and for any damages or losses suffered by them.
The Customer is required to inform BIBELOT immediately if a sale or sale to a third party of the products owned by BIBELOT takes place.
12. Resolving Sale Clause
In the event of a non-payment of an order at the set deadline, the sale will be canceled 4 (four) days after a written constitution, communicated by registered letter with return receipt, unanswered by the Customer. BIBELOT will have the right to claim unpaid products, which must be returned (the same or equivalent) immediately, at the expense and risk of the Customer, without prejudice to any damages and damages required by BIBELOT.
13. Penalty for delay
As provided for by applicable laws and regulations, the sums paid by the Customer after the specified payment date and indicated on the invoice, if such payment takes place beyond the times provided for in Article 3 of the General Conditions, will be increased by one Delay penalty equal to one and a half times (1.5 times) the bank base rate, applicable from the day of delivery of the products.
14. Termination of the term
Failure to execute a payment by the specified date will prompt the payment of the sum due by the Customer and not yet paid by him.
15. Disputes and responsibilities
In the event that it is not possible to settle any dispute between one or more Clients on one side and BIBELOT on the other, consensually this dispute will be the exclusive competence of the courts in Florence (Italy) and the applicable law will be the Italian law.
16. Registration on bibelotjewels.it
The purchase on bibelotjewels.it is reserved for private or corporate customers, resident or based in Italy, registered on the site under the following conditions.
Upon registration at bibelotjewels.it, the Customer undertakes to notify the following information, which is essential for making an order:

- Shipping address

- A telephone number (office or home) to which it can be reached
In case the customer is a company, it will also be necessary to specify:

- VAT of the company

17. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of all products purchased on line within 10 business days of their receipt unless the products, delivered sealed, have been put into service and the original integrity of the goods is maintained. BIBELOT undertakes to repay the Customer within 15 business days of receipt of the goods at their warehouse. Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999, the Consignee is a natural person who acts for purposes not related to the professional activity that may have been carried out.
